Erin Donarski Did you follow a specific recipe?
Penny Thomas Barbour
Penny Thomas Barbour Erin Donarski, I do not follow a recipe. It's Super Duper easy to make. Put the filling ingredients in a pan, cook it. At same time, microwave the potatoes. Make the mashed potatoes, layer over filling, bake it.
Erin Donarski
Erin Donarski Thanks so much. It looks awesome! Especially for winter time.

Susan Jackson Lux
Susan Jackson Lux Where is everyone finding white sweet potato? I have never heard of them. Do they taste like a regular sweet potato?
Tessa Riley Simmons
Tessa Riley Simmons My Krogers carries them and the local produce stand has them sometimes - I just bought about 6 lbs today. They are dense and less sweet than orange sweet potatoes and I don't get as much of a headache from them.
Susan Jackson Lux
Susan Jackson Lux I need to find these! Does the skin look the same?

Marilyn Miller Beattie
Marilyn Miller Beattie For those who do not like sweet potato, we use butternut squash to top a shepherd's pie, and it was divine!
Deanna Trask
Deanna Trask I make this all the time, and with the regular orange sweet potatoes or with mashed cauliflower on top

Is ground cumin and apple pie spice recommended for AIP/gut repair
Today was an experiment. It's my version of shepherd's pie. Ground turkey, onion, garlic, turmeric, spinach, sea salt n carrots for the bottom along with two reintros. Topped with seasoned mashed roasted cauliflower (instead of potatoes) and nutritional yeast. I'd call it a success but maybe under the broiler a bit to crust up the top.
I had some blood work done, I was told my cortisol, ft4 and adrenal were all high any advice on what I could do. Thanks
I bought a bag of bagels this passed week and have been eating for them breakfast. Then made spaghetti pie last night to eat. So I've been eating carbs lately. I was worried that I would gain weight. But I actually lost 2 lbs from yesterday's weigh-in. How is this possible?
I so wish I could block people's non compliant food/recipe posts on FB like I can block callers on my phone. This new way of eating is hard enough without everyone posting their favorite cake/pie etc. pictures.
Shepard's Pie (with mashed Yuca) is what's for dinner!
Yum!
Pizza can be healthy too! Instead of a heavy and greasy pie crust, try cauliflower…
